I will deliver to you a completely honest inspection report with details and summary of any and all defects I find.  There is no perfect home but simply because something is listed in a report, it doesn't mean it needs to be a deal breaker.  Most problems are fixable and it's my goal to educate you.  I will give you a straightforward explanation of the issues so that you can choose your own path forward.
